Second rise of the "Arch" (DICI ChNPP version)

   Second rise of the eastern part of the New Safe Confinement was filmed from several points. We have already submitted the video, made of pictures of the webcam placed on the industrial site of the "Shelter". Below is a short video prepared by the Departement of International Cooperation and Information of Chernobyl nuclear power plant, shot from a different point.
